With the financial difficulties facing the auto industry, Ford Motor Company included, there has been some concern that Ford has once again decided to shelve its latest engine design. However, Ford has shown every confidence that this latest technology is just what is needed to turn things around. The latest reports reveal that production of the engine is on schedule and will be offered in the 2010 F-150 SVT Raptor. The word now is that modular V8 in production now will be offered in the first few months of production for the 2010 Raptor and then midyear the switch will be made to the new Boss engine. The Ford F-150 Raptor should be available with the 6.2 Liter Boss engine no later than the winter of 2009.How To Install An Android Car DVD Player On 2004 - 2008 Ford F150
Have you ever been to a pickup truck production plant? Come on over and say hello at and leave me a comment about your experience. I find all trucks fascinating, not just Fords.
Ford parts pass through a number of stringent quality tests before they are fitted to a vehicle. After an initial design is made it is road-tested to ensure that it works without any hitches whatsoever. Countless hours are spent by car engineers in order to continually improve the quality and serviceability of particular parts. After the parts have passed the standard tests, only then are they sent to distributors worldwide. And with the onset of rigid environmental standards, Ford has risen to the challenge and has come up with fuel-efficient cars like the Focus and the Escape. So, when talking about innovation, Ford is never left behind.
